بذل الجهد المطلوب: على المسلم أن يبذل قصارى جهده فيما يوكلّ إليه، وأن يقوم بأداء المطلوب منه على أحسن وجهٍ، مهما كان حاله، وأن يستحضر أنّ كلّ ما يفعله في سبيل الله تعالى، وأنّ الإنسان لا ينتظر شكراً من الناس على ما قدّم، بل يكفيه أنّ الله -تعالى- عالمٌ بما يفعل العبد، وسيعطيه الله جزاءه الذي يستحقّه، إن أحسن أو أساء. حفظ الأموال: على المسلم المحافظة على الأموال قدر الإمكان، والابتعاد عن كلّ ما هو ليس له، وكلّ أمرٍ يحتمل أن يكون ليس للإنسان، فالمسلم الذي يترك كلّ ما ليس له حقّ فيه، يعوّضه الله -تعالى- بأحسن منه. أداء الحقوق: على المسلم أداء حقوق المسملين ، والقيام عليها، والمحافظة عليها في وقتها المحدّد، وعدم ظلم الناس والبغي عليهم، وإرشادهم إلى الخير والصواب، والعدل بين الناس في حقوقهم. المعاملة الصحيحة: على المسلم أن يكون أميناً في معاملاته مع الموظفين في العمل، وأن يحسن التعامل معهم؛ بأن يكون هيّناً ليّناً، وبالمقابل يكون جديّاً قويّاً، وعليه ألّا يظلم أحداً منهم، بل أن يعدل بينهم، ويتعامل معهم بتقوى الله تعالى. المراجع ↑ سورة المؤمنون، آية: 8. ↑ الشيخ مواد اللحياني (26-4-2009)، "الأمانة" ، ، اطّلع عليه بتاريخ 15-10-2018.
